Formula & Assumptions
Time (minutes) = Total Words ÷ Reading Speed (words/minute)
If entering pages, Total Words = Pages × Words/Page (default: 275/order, but can be set)
Hours : Minutes are shown separately, plus sessions breakdown estimates (for 20, 30, and 60 min sessions)
Reading speeds can vary. Complex material, or non-fiction, may be 150–200 wpm. Lighter fiction can be 275–350.
