What This Tool Does

Easily create a room-by-room inventory of your home or apartment. Add details, estimated values, and notes to each item. Group items by room for insurance, moving preparation, or family estate records. Download a CSV or print a summary for safekeeping or claims.

How to Use

  1. Add a Room: Enter room name (e.g., Bedroom, Garage) and click Add Room.
  2. Add Items: Within each room, list belongings—enter a name (e.g., "Laptop"), estimated value, and details/notes.
  3. Edit/Remove: Use the trash icons to remove rooms or items as needed.
  4. Export/Save: Click “Export as CSV” for a spreadsheet copy, or use “Print Summary” for a hard copy.
  5. Reset: To start over, click “Reset All”.
